We have an agreement with the owners (Rapids Business Center) that allows us to photograph clients at many locations in and outside this historic building. There is no need to pay traveling fees, Lets us know you want that industrial look that is so popular today. We will set up some great photos with an edgy flavor.

Portrait Adventures offers a Senior Photo Package for $175.00 . This is an all inclusive price. There are no return trips to choose the photos you like; you take them all home with you that day. You can easily have them printed after you have decided which photos you like best. Printing photos is the single most expensive part of Senior Photos. You can have your photos printed by a number of 3rd party vendors much cheaper then we can print them ourselves. For example throughWallgreens you can get a great value pack for $9.99 If you are not comfortable with arranging the printing, we can provide this service. A similar package to the example above will cost $125.00. You can choose up to 8 photos to be used. You pick the photos you like, we will crop and retouch them, They will be delivered to your home in about 1 week. Call us for more details on a print package. Studio Photo Editing Package: For an additional $50.00, we will crop and retouch selected photos. The package includes 20 crops and 20 retouches. Retouching includes removing facial blemishes such as acne, scars, shadows and other imperfections. It is possible to further alter photos as well, but we will keep the photos looking like you and no one but you will know they have been edited. If you want we can even submit the photos you like best to the printer of your choice. While we have a large selection of accessories and props to use, please bring in any props you might like: your sports equipment, trophies, instruments you play... Due to the limited number of available times, $75.00 deposit will be required when you book your senior photo shoot. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit can be applied to another shoot in the next 90 days. If you do not have a another shoot within 90 days or you cancel later than 24 Hours from your shoot, the deposit is forfeited. We understand that emergencies do indeed happen and deposit extensions can be handled on an indiviual basis. The money deposited is credited to the senior photo cost. Wedding Packages
We offer 4 wedding packages and other options which you can purchase separately. You can mix packages and options. We will work with you to come up with a perfect package for you and your budget. All packages supply at least two photographers. We promise to have your photos ready for your review on a high quality DVD within 72 hours after the wedding. Depending on the package or options you choose, the photos we print will be ready within 2 weeks
Economy Package $475.00 / $375.00This package includes two photographers with full coverage starting 1/2 hour before the ceremony and continuing for another 1 hour after the ceremony. There is a small print package provided by a local printer included in the $475.00 price. Call for more details and availability. Basic Package $1000.00 / 850.00This package includes two photographers with full coverage for 6 hours starting as early as 2 hours before the ceremony and continuing up to for another 4.5 hours after the ceremony. Deluxe Package $1725.00 / $1500.00This package includes two photographers with full coverage for the entire day. The day can start as early as 2 hours before the ceremony and continue through the reception. We also will include your choice of engagement photos, gown photos or romantic pre-wedding photos. Grand package $2500.00This package includes two photographers with full coverage for the entire day. The day can start as early as 2 hours before the ceremony and continue through the grand march. Family Photos
Family Portraits are a snapshot in time. Our staff will make your family portraits a fun experience. We have great backgrounds to make even the most skeptical family member sit up and take notice. Many times a large family will come in for photos and then break into smaller groups. We don't charge by group, but by the the time you spend at the studio. This makes for a very affordable family portrait. Family Portraits are $150.00. This allows for up to two hours of photos, with additional time available at $75.00 per hour. In most cases you will be on your way home with your photos in just a little over an hour. You take your photos home with you that day; no coming back to choose the photos or expensive packages. There is no up selling. Instead, you get amazing family photos at a great price. Due to a large number of no shows, a $50.00 deposit will be required when you book your family photos. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit can be applied to another shoot in the next 90 days. Makeup
Makeup is a large part of what happens at Portrait Adventures. While not everyone needs or even wants to wear make up, it is one of the things that clearly separates us from most photo studios. We use professional lines of makeup geared for the theatre and television. Our airbrush makeup looks more natural than any other type and does not feel as if you are wearing makeup at all. This makeup tends to be a little more dramatic than everyday makeup, because it is meant to balance out the lighting used to achieve the perfect photo. Our makeup service is not a requirement, but in most cases (other than senior and family photos) is included in our pricing.

Bridal MakeupAirbrush makeup is the perfect product for your wedding day. This makeup is lighter, so light that you will likely not feel like you are wearing makeup at all. When properly applied, the transfer to your wedding dress will be minimal and likely not at all. On your wedding day you want to look fresh and natural. Airbrush makeup allows your skins natural color and texture to show through while hiding many blemishes. With an airbrush base and fine detail, we will craft a look that allows you to be the bride of your dreams. We will have the bride come in for a consultation where we will actually apply the makeup she will wear on her wedding day. There will be no surprises; just a happy bride on that happiest of days. Photo Editing Services
Today, everyone owns a digital camera. Most of these cameras can take a great photo. With a bit of practice, and a class or two, a person can become a pretty decent photographer. However, even a Professional needs to be able to touch up a photo to make it just right. Most times, that special moment photo only happens once. It can't be staged; it's just not the same. When you have that digital image that's not quite right, we can very likely improve on it to the point where you will be happy with it. Adobe Photoshop costs about $600.00, and it take a lot of time to get proficient at it. We have made the investment of money and time; let us do the work for you. What can we fix?We can remove "red eye", brighten or darken photos about 2-3 f-stops (that's about 20%). We can fix the white balance, you know when that photo looks too yellow or too blue; we can do amazing things in that realm. We can clear up acne and other skin abnormalities. We can make you thinner, taller, make your nose smaller or give you bigger eyes. In most cases, you won't even know the photo has been edited except for the fact that your subject looks much better. If you have the file in "raw" format, we can do even more.
How does the service work?E-mail the photo(s) you need edited, along with a description of what you would like done, to: FixMyPhoto . We will evaluate the photo and e-mail you a quote for the work. Most times the fee is under $5.00. If you pay right away, your edited file should be back to you in 48 hours or less. If you need to see our work before paying, we will e-mail you a file with water marks for your review. You can then approve the work or ask for further edits. Each time we go through this process, it will add another two days in addition to the time it takes you to respond. In the unlikely hood that you think the photo needs more editing, we will work with you to make it right and fair. If your requests are not achievable, we will tell you, and it will cost you nothing. |
